Sweet Escape Digis: Winter's Beauty

Happy Monday everyone! I'm back today with my Guest Designer Post for an awesome digi company called Sweet Escape Digis. She has a variety of different styles in her Etsy shop so head on over and grab a few to try out! I think you'll LOVE coloring them as much as I do!

This beautiful girl is called WINTER'S BEAUTY. She is perfect for all of those upcoming Christmas Cards. I colored her with Copic Markers, then cut the image out using a C.C. Designs die. Next, I added Stampendous Aged Ivory Embossing Enamel around the edges of my oval and heated it over my toaster.

Copics:
Skin: E000, E00, E01, E11, E15
Eyes: E42, E43, E44
Hair: E71, E77, E79
Lips: RV04, RV19
Red: R24, R27, R29, R39
Green: YG23, YG17, YG67
Teal: BG11, BG13, BG15, BG18
Purple: V12, V15, V17, BV08

I used some papers from an older Penny Black paper pad called Holiday Trimmings 6x6 Paper Pad. The stitched oval and scalloped oval were cut out using dies from C.C. Designs. The beautiful paper flowers are from I Am Roses.

Be sure to head over to the Sweet Escape Digi Shop to check out the awesome selection! I'll be back next Sunday with another Sweet Escape creation. :)

Hugs,
Rosie

The Greeting Farm: TINY PLANS

Happy Friday everyone! I hope you had a fabulous week! If not, at least it's Friday and hopefully that will translate into a fun and relaxing weekend! My card today for The Greeting Farm features Tiny Plans and its coordinating Die Cuts:
(Please note: At this time, Tiny Plans, Hello Gorgeous, and Feels are currently sold out in the shop. However, Marie is working hard to get these sets back in stock asap!)

This set just makes me HAPPY!! And I hope my card for you today puts a smile on your face! I LOVED coloring these cute and adorable girls!! The FUN part was incorporating untraditional hair colors!

I used sentiments from all 3 of the planner sets, but all of the girls are from the Tiny Plans set. The die is from C.C. Designs.

There are so many cool ways to use these stamps – tiny notecards, place cards, lunch notes, tags, the possibilities are endless. Don’t forget, there is still a blog hop going on, and you have the chance to win these new sets by visiting this post here. Be sure to hop and comment by 12pm CST on Saturday to be eligible.

Good luck everyone!

The Greeting Farm: Hello Gorgeous!

Happy Thursday everyone! Over the new few days, I'll be showcasing projects using the new stamps from The Greeting Farm's November Release. This month, there are 3 fabulous sets featuring mini images to decorate your planners/journals. However, they can be used for so much more!! While the shop is currently sold out of the three sets, have no fear...Marie will replenish the supply by next week. Yay! There are also a few sets still available at 7 Kids Crafting Supply Store.

This set is called Hello Gorgeous, which also has its own set of dies (sold separately):

I'm usually a cardmaker, so making a journal page is so out of my comfort zone, but I decided to push myself and try it! I LOVE looking at journal inspiration on Facebook and Instagram, but it's definitely not easy to make plain journal pages look cute. I give those ladies major props!

I used some floral washi tape for the top and bottom border of my page. I stamped the images on Cryogen cardstock, colored them with Copics, and then cut them out using the coordinating dies. I cut strips of cardstock to journal on just to add some more color. I'm telling you I was struggling to add some color, LOL!

All of these will be back in the shop very soon! Until then, be sure to join in on The Greeting Farm Blog Hop for your chance to win these cuties for your very own collection. But hurry!! You only have until this Saturday 12pm (CST) to visit all the designers' blogs and leave a comment.

Hugs,
Rosie

Love Cynthia Stamps: I'm Always Here For You

Happy Saturday everyone! I've fallen in LOVE with these awesome stamps from Love Cynthia! She is an Artist who lives in France, and she creates adorable characters that are perfect for planner pages, cards, scrapbook layouts....pretty much anything and everything crafty!

She is currently running a contest for the month of October with various themes each week. At the end of the month she will pick 2 winners to receive 50 EUROS shop credits!! How awesome is that?! The theme for the 4th and final week is "OH, THANK YOU". This round is all about gratitude, so we needed to create a thank you card for someone.

I decided to make an Easel Card so I would have room for a larger sentiment. This card features a stamp set called I'm Always Here For You! I decided to make a card featuring me and my best friend. She and I have been friends since high school. After graduating we both went separate ways, and at one point lost touch, but then about 7 or 8 years ago we found each other again. It really was like no time had passed. About 5 years ago, I moved to the same state as her, and we now live about 50 minutes from each other. Not close enough if you ask me!!

Copics:
GIRL 1 (on left):
Skin: E000, E00, E01, E11, E15
Brown Hair: E42, E47, E49
Red Collar: R24, R27, R37
Plaid Dress: R27, R39, BG13, BG18
GIRL 2 (on right):
Skin: E11, E13, E15, E18
Orange Heart/Pocket: YR02, YR04, YR09, E19
Plaid Dress: YR04, E19, BG13, BG18

The sentiment underneath the girls is from the same set. The papers are from my stash. The gorgeous paper flowers are from I Am Roses. I used a larger sentiment from Penny Black for the bottom panel.

Be sure to head over to the Love Cynthia Facebook Group and play along if you own some of the stamps. She also shares FREEBIES in the group! Definitely check out the Love Cynthia Store and add some of these adorable sets to your collection. You will LOVE them!

Hugs,
Rosie
