7 Kids Your Crafting Supply Store: SAY YES TO DONUTS!

Happy Sunday everyone! Before I get to my card I wanted to remind you that 7 Kids Your Crafting Supply Store is having FREE SHIPPING and a FREE GIFT with a minimum purchase of $30 this Memorial Weekend. FOR USA ORDERS ONLY. Just use code FREE at checkout. :)

My card features a stamp from Neat & Tangled called Say Yes To Donuts. I actually LOVE doughnuts! I'm on a low-carb eating plan and haven't had a doughnut in forever. But yesterday, I gave in to temptation when I went to the doughnut shop for my son and got a double chocolate cake doughnut. Let me tell you it was the best tasting doughnut I've ever had, haha! I don't even have a favorite doughnut...I LOVE them all! I colored this cutie with Copics and then added Ranger Glossy Accents to the pink frosting. It's hard to tell in the photo, but it's shiny!

The doughnut background paper came from an digital paper pad on Etsy called Donut Shop. The printed doughnut in the top corner is from another Etsy digital file called Coffee and Donut Lover. I used the Avery Elle Wonky Stitches to make the pink frame around my image. The ribbon and enamel dots are from my stash.

Don't forget about our current ANYTHNG GOES Challenge on the 7 Kids Challenge Blog. You can use any stamp in your stash!! Just click on the link on the Challenge Blog (right side bar) to upload your card for a chance at winning a $20 gift certificate to the store!

Have a great Sunday my friends!

LDRS Creative: Splendid Azure

Happy Friday everyone! Today, I'm sharing my latest card combining elements from LDRS Creative Splendid Azure with a couple of the LDRS dies. As you can see, the variety of products in the store allow you to create many different types of cards....even ones that don't require coloring!

The TLC Inspired line in the LDRS Store has various, coordinating products to assist you in creating beautiful cards. Not only are there paper pads, but also matching cut-outs, word stickers, tab stickers, and washi stickers. I used the Splendid Azure 6x6 Paper Pad with the Splendid Azure Cut-Outs and Splendid Azure Quick Words Stickers for the front of the card. The gold paper was embossed using the Picnic Quilt Embossing Folders. The dragonflies are from the Allifair Build-A-Card Die Set.

I cut the front of the card shorter and then added more Splendid Azure paper to the inside of the card with the Dainty Doily Border Die glued to the inside of the card along the edge. That way when the card is closed you still see the decorative edge.

The selection and variety of products have grown over the past few months so you should definitely go take a look in the LDRS Creative Store, and grab all of your favorites! You're going to love them!

Hugs,
Rosie

The Greeting Farm Special Release: AMERICAN HEROES

Happy Saturday everyone! Today, The Greeting Farm has a special release to honor our servicemen and women in recognition of the upcoming Memorial Holiday. The new stamp set is called AMERICAN HEROES and is available in the TGF Store TODAY!!

My dad was a 1st Sargent in the Army, and I have a lot of family and friends who have served or are still serving so this set is close to my heart. I can't thank all our Servicemen and Servicewomen for their hard work and many sacrifices. It's an underpaid job, and we ask a lot of them to defend our freedoms and protect our country.

I used all of the characters from the stamp set to create my card. Here they all are....colored with Copic Markers of course.

For my card I used some old CTMH papers that I had in my stash and some C.C. Designs Enamel Dots. I kept it pretty clean and simple to highlight the characters and sentiment.

Have an awesome weekend! Don't forget to head over to The Greeting Farm Store and grab the AMERICAN HEROES Stamp Set today so you receive it in time to make your own cards.

Hugs,
Rosie

LDRS Creative: Inpspired Edge LOVE and FAITH

Happy Thursday everyone! Today I'm sharing 4 bookmarks I made using two of the new LDRS Creative Inspired Edge Stamps. These stamps can be used for more than just Bible Journaling. As you can see, they make the perfect bookmarks!

My first set of bookmarks are for the women. I used Inspired Edge LOVE Stamps and paper from Polkadoodles Eleganza 6x6 Paper Pad. One was stamped in black ink and parts colored in with a gold marker. The second one was embossed in gold with parts colored in with a gold marker. I used the FanTABulous Die Set to make the decorative edge at the top of the bookmark which allowed space for me to punch a hole for the trim.

My second set of bookmarks are for the men. I used Inspired Edge FAITH Stamps and paper from TLC Inspired Splendid Azure 6x6 Paper Pad. One was stamped in black ink and parts colored in with gel pens. The second one was embossed in gold with parts also colored in with some gel pens. I used the FanTABulous Die Set to make the decorative edge at the top of the bookmark which allowed space for me to punch a hole for the trim.

There are lots of new products in the LDRS Creative Store. The selection has definitely grown so you should take a look and grab all of your favorites! You're going to love them!
